Amendment, Modification and Waiver of this Agreement:

Except as herein provided, no waiver, modification or amendment of any provision of this Agreement will be effective against the National PreMarital Institute unless the same is in writing and signed by an authorized official of the National PreMarital Institute. The National PreMarital Institute and National Marriage Centers may modify these terms and conditions at any time. You agree that if you use this Web site after such changes in this Agreement, you will be bound by all such changes.

Separability:

If any provision or condition of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court, or regulatory or self-regulatory agency or body, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or condition. The validity of the remaining provisions and conditions shall not be affected thereby and this Agreement shall be carried out as if any such invalid or unenforceable provision or conditions were not contained herein.

The heading of each provision hereof is for descriptive purposes only and shall not be deemed to modify or qualify any of the rights or obligations set forth in each such provision.

Termination of Service:

We may block access to the use of this site without prior notice in the event we elect to discontinue such service on a temporary or permanent basis or in the event that you breach this Agreement or any other agreement associated with the National PreMarital Institute and or National Marriage Centers. We also reserve the right to block access to this Web site if we have reason to believe that the general security and/or integrity of the system is being compromised. We also reserve the right to block access to this Web site if we determined that any affiliate has not complied with the terms and conditions of the rights under the Licensing Agreement of the National PreMarital Institute.
